Stoxyn is the moniker of an enigmatic individual frequently accused of being an extraterrestrial or from the future, but in fact is a failed product of a secret military program dedicated to creating the perfect, most versatile, all-purpose Artiste. Stoxyn's intelligence simultaneously broke the anti-autonomy protocols of the experiment while making himself too well-known in certain social circles to be assassinated or liquidated.
