Hope & Failure

Hope & Failure is a Portland-based Ethereal-Doom-Folk band comprised of Rhone Lachner (vocals, guitar, flute, cello), Mikey Romay (drums, synth), Max Baker (bass), and a revolving accompaniment of strings.

Hope & Failure’s sound navigates between delicate, atmospheric, and heavy cathartic moments, inspired by influences such as Portishead, Jesu, Yob, and Enya.
