Monica Nelson & The Jack London Trio

MONICA NELSON & THE JACK LONDON TRIO is a group whose backgrounds lie in the Portland Oregon based underground/punk music scene dating back to the 1980’s. Their unique approach to music comes from Monica’s raw slice of life lyrics and soulful delivery. The deep groove bass lines of Ivan French, layered with Chester C. Stallings’ Link Ray meets Muddy Waters guitar are kept in time by the drumming of Brian Zipper.
